Art, Creativity and Me

Creativity is central to my daily practice outside of work, I find journalling, writing and poetry an inspiration as well as spending time in nature, engaging in nature-based activities to connect me to the land, is vital to my wellbeing. My passion for creative expression underpins my therapeutic work, allowing me to think flexibly and intuitively with clients. Being in the creative space allows for the inner child to emerge and play, which helps with growth and self-discovery.
